As handmade processes need some time, so the items will be shipped in 3~4 days after payment.The items will be shipped by Registered Air Mail. Usually it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive most of countries. Sometimes it will be delayed by bad weather or stricter customs clearance. We accept returning or replacement within 3 days of receipt. It is imperative to contact us for confirmation before returning.
